Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions — sourced answers on the Corinth Group, Three Tuns and the people behind them.

Legitimacy & Due Diligence

Is the Corinth Group of Switzerland legitimate?

The Corinth Group holds no financial licence in any jurisdiction; its only licence (CySEC AIFM) was revoked after 7.5 months in October 2022. All six Swiss AGs are renamed dormant companies with one signatory. No completed funded transaction has been verified. More than 30 complainants across seven jurisdictions describe paying advance fees of €30,000–€80,000 under a refund clause that was never honoured. Its UK operating company was wound up on HMRC's petition in January 2026. On every measure that matters — licences, accounts, completed deals, refunds — the answer is no.

Is Three Tuns Investment Holdings legitimate?

Three Tuns Investment Holdings Ltd (14242045) is the renamed UK arm of the Corinth Group: seven Corinth UK companies became 'Three Tuns' on 15–16 June 2023. The same people control it (Alec Theunissen, with SPVs directed by Justinas Kairys and owned in part by Jurate Kairiene). It filed dormant accounts while active, is not FCA-authorised, and no investment activity has been identified for any Three Tuns entity. Same people, same structure, new name — complainants describe the same pattern.

Is cgoch.com a legitimate investment website?

cgoch.com is the Corinth Group's current website (corinthinvest.com was the earlier one). It claims the group was 'founded in 1977' (the registration date of Photo Max Wagner AG, a photography company), advertises 'registered and licensed Investment Funds' (the only licence was revoked in 2022), claimed entities in Spain, Mauritius, Ireland and Singapore that do not appear on those registers, and lists Martin and Marco Model without their surname. Its central claims are contradicted by the registers.

Is it safe to invest with the Corinth Group?

No complainant known to this investigation has been funded or refunded. There is no regulatory protection (no FINMA, FCA or CySEC authorisation), the contract structure places your fee under Swiss law and the funding promise with a UK SPV under English law, and recovery would require litigating in Chur. Every documented client lost their fee.

Does the Corinth Group have entities in Spain, Mauritius, Ireland or Singapore?

cgoch.com began claiming entities in these four jurisdictions in late 2024. Registry searches in February 2026 (CNMV Spain, FSC Mauritius, CRO Ireland, ACRA Singapore) found no Corinth entities, no principals as directors and no regulatory registrations. No — nothing on any of the four registers.

Regulatory & Compliance

Is the Corinth Group regulated by any financial authority?

No. No current regulatory authorisation has been identified in any jurisdiction (2026 searches). CySEC granted an AIFM licence (AIFM48/56/2013) to Corinth Fund Management Ltd in about February 2022 and revoked it on 3 October 2022. No entity appears on the FINMA register or on the FCA register as authorised or exempt. Unregulated in every jurisdiction — while advertising 'licensed' funds.

Is the Corinth Group regulated by FINMA?

No. February 2026 searches of the FINMA register for 'Corinth', the group's AG names, the address Stadtgartenweg 6 Chur, and the principals (Martin Model, Jurate Kairiene, Matthias Baechler) returned no authorised entity. Incorporating an AG does not confer authorisation; managing collective investment schemes or acting as a financial institution requires separate FINMA licensing under FinSA/FinIA. Check the FINMA warning list at finma.ch for current status. No FINMA authorisation — file a report (see Report Now).

Are the Corinth Group Swiss AGs regulated?

No. The six AGs at Stadtgartenweg 6, Chur (CHE-102.223.770, -103.982.016, -108.684.891, -101.372.769, -114.816.959, -135.599.437) hold no banking, securities-dealer or collective-investment licence. All have Jurate Kairiene as sole signatory and all are acquired, renamed companies. Unregulated private companies — every one a renamed dormant shell.

Is the Corinth Group registered with the FCA?

No. 2026 searches for Corinth, Three Tuns, Corinth Management Services, Corinth Investment Management Services and the Pluto House address returned no authorised or exempt firm. Carrying on regulated activities in the UK without authorisation is an offence under section 19 FSMA 2000. Invictus Risk Solutions LLP (OC421019), described as an insurance partner, is also unregistered. Verify at register.fca.org.uk. No FCA authorisation for any Corinth or Three Tuns entity.

Is Three Tuns Investment Holdings regulated?

No. Three Tuns Investment Holdings Ltd and its related UK companies are not FCA-authorised. The associated Cyprus fund, Three Tuns Capital RAIF F.C.I.C. PLC, is in members' voluntary winding-up. No — and its Cyprus fund is being wound up.

Why was the CySEC AIFM licence revoked?

CySEC revoked Corinth Fund Management Ltd's AIFM licence (AIFM48/56/2013) on 3 October 2022, about 7.5 months after grant. CySEC has not published the grounds. The managed fund, Corinth Capital RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd (HE 409232), was dissolved in January 2023; its external manager was SCSS Fund Management Ltd. The grounds aren't public — but 7.5 months is an exceptional outcome.

What is a RAIF and why did Corinth use one?

A Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) is a Cyprus fund vehicle that relies on an authorised external manager (AIFM) rather than its own licence. Corinth Capital RAIF (RAIF31) relied on Corinth Fund Management Ltd and SCSS Fund Management. It had five sub-funds, including a 'Naturalization Estate Fund' built around the Cyprus citizenship-by-investment programme. It was dissolved in January 2023. It gave Corinth a 'registered fund' to advertise — until the licence went.

Has the Corinth Group failed to file at Companies House?

Yes. Corinth Management Services Ltd (12297863) never filed accounts between incorporation (Nov 2019) and compulsory liquidation (Jan 2026). Three Tuns Investment Holdings filed dormant accounts while apparently active. All surviving Three Tuns entities are overdue. No explanation has been filed.
